The 'IDG Framework' forms the basis of the program. The 'Inner Development Goals (IDG) have been developed to achieve the 'Sustainable Development Goals'(SDG) to support the United Nations' 2030 calendar.
A joint design (co-creation) between leadersUniversities, organizations and personnel development experts revealed aclear overview of future skills and competencies. Many companiesare based on IDG's for the development of your employees.
The 'Inner Development Program' promotes your personal growth inCombination with learning future IDG skills.
“Individual program within a protected group”
Program structure:
- Take part in 5 modules in a group (in detail).
- Each module lasts 2-3 days and takes place on weekends
- The modules are based on the IDGs from the 'BE' pillar.
- Each participant defines their own development goals
- The group offers a learning environment in a safe space
- Online group sessions between modules, to support
- An individual coaching session deepens your development process
